access denied vers 3.1.4

why do i get access denied on win7 on just a few files?
i am just checking one folder with sub folders?
i tried the run as administrator - no help
it is just a regular folder of pictures.

Access to the path 'C:\Users\US2\Pictures\0000 OUR RVING EXPERIENCE\MH\IMG_4954.JPG' is denied.

Can you view the picture from Windows explorer?

in dup cleaner when i click on the filename there is the picture clear as day

Is it giving the error message upon trying to delete the marked files? Can you delete it manually from Windows Explorer? It could be a permissions issue.

it is just one of our own vacation pictures!
in a folder we created.
from the same main folder and sub folder it did delete many other files

There could be a problem with that particular file. Is it set to read-only? (right-click and click 'Properties' to check).

that was the problem!
there are 18 files like this - how do i change them all at one go?

BTW, this was fixed in version 3.2.3 - so if you grab the latest version it won't have this issue!
