TextCrawler windows 7 wont open

I use Textcrawler in windows 7 suddenly it stoped working when I open application I get msg
with app name, version 2.5.0.0 and indication it is freeware my only choice is to click close then
it is open in my task bar but application will not work.
Tried removing it and reinstalling and keeps doing same thing.
Any suggestions?
