How to erase all files

i use DC 3.2.1 to erase file in multiple location
i want to delete all same files(install soft) but DC ask me it's impossible "change option "
i don't find this option to delete all same files in my HDD
how can i do?

Is it because it is in a protected folder or file?

You can change the option from the Options menu
