Thanks for this - I hadn't thought of the 'drop' approach. I'm proceeding assuming that if I delete three and leave one file, the one will be the master and the others replaced with hard links to the survivor.
At the risk of pushing my luck, one enhancement that would be useful in differentiating between variants of music files would be the addition of length as a selection in the 'exact/similar' choice.

Changed the Image Match to 90% (seems to get all, but I am only guessing. Since it is only EXIF data that differs, perhaps the image match should have an option for "ignore meta data" and then if then allow me to do a simple image match for the rest of the info.

Also, I selected hard link (one of the two files in the group was checked), But I am not sure if it is not creating TWO hard links. Is this screen dump correct, or should the ref count be 1?
