Why is it calculating metrics for all files?

I'm scanning a lot of images, using same file name and 95% image similarity. Why does it seem that it's scanning all of the images and not just the ones with the same file names? Sometimes it seems like it doesn't take into account files that don't meet criteria, but sometimes it does.

Actually it is only calculating metrics for a filtered set of the images (eg Same name only). The confusion arises because the message "Calculating Image Metrics (5023/14042)" shows the position within the total number of files found before filtering. You'll see it'll skip numbers as it progresses.
I'll add this as a bug, and will get the count fixed to accurately show the real number of metrics being calculated.
