Progress percentage

Can the whole numbers also be given a decimal. eg 15.0 or 22.0 to match with the decimals like 15.1 ,15.2 etc instead of the present 15 or 22 .What happens is while the duplicate search is on , the numbers seem to shift places whenever a whole number is met. Not too pleasing to the eye!
