3.14 Free - Same Name Ignores Extension

3.14 Free - Same file Name only Ignores the Extension.
There was a RFE to Ignore Extension, but there is no checkbox to do so, I as it is, Extension is always ignored.

Ignore content
Same file name only
Include *.*
Any size
Any date
