Now the computer is scanning for duplicate files on D: and F:
I want to select only the duplicate files which are on different drives. So a file which is only in D:\My Documents and D:\My Pictures I would NOT select.
Is there a way?

I think you need to set the 'Don't Scan against self' option on each drive in your path list. Note you need Duplicate Cleaner Pro for this function!
