OS: WinXp
Hi,
Duplicate Cleaner 301 installer request .NET Framework
So I installed .NET FrameWork 4.0 for Clients
Then tried again, but still does not install.

Hi - .NET Framework 4 Client doesn't include support for the other versions of the framework.
You need to install Framework 2 or 3.5

Weird how your link shows an older date, & mentions SP1, yet they have this link too

Suppose with any you'll end up with the same thing.
