Search within ZIP-Files! The major advantage is then, to search and replace in all

*.docx Word
*.xlsx Excel
*.vdsx Visio
*.pptx Powerpoint
* all OpenOffice/LibreOffice-Files
etc.

files becauase they are zipped XML-Files.

Good idea. You'd have to be very careful not to damage the xml structure when replacing though.
