any way to stop the popup "Cannot delete file: Cannot read from source file or disk"? It appears that the program doesn't continue without dismissing each one, and at times am getting hundreds in a row. (am deleting 80,000+ files

I can't see hidden files or folders with 1.3, and I could with 1.2 This makes the program useless to me.

Duplicate Cleaner is a Great program!
I was using it to clean up music files. I was pleased that it would list the empty files, but puzzled that it would not offer to also delete them.
Hint: this was a Feature request, please! ;-)

If you untick 'exclude zero size files from duplicate list' then they will appear in the main list, and you can select and delete them :)

Just installed 1.3 and it's implemented most of the suggestions I had wanted to offer! The 2-color groups is MUCH easier! One small issue is after the dupes are removed on the first pass and only the remnants are displayed (another great improvement), it appears the colors are not re-indexed. There are groups of the same color in a row that are not the same dupe group.

Your program is much better than the commercial programs I've tried. I'm sending you a donation now. :-)

Thanks so much!

The Master Folder is a good addition. A minor issue is that duplicates of files within the Master folder still show up as duplicates, even when they are not duplicated outside the mater folder.

thanx

I love Duplicate Cleaner. Thank-you.
Just used 1.3 for the first time. 1.)When selecting/deleting files from "Duplicate Files" window. I preferred that the untouched files remained visible, in case I want to clean them up any further.I selected/deleted 3 of 6, but all six disappeared. It scared me, for obvious reasons. 2.) I would like to be able to scan files in the root directories. 3.) I just read another submission about wanting to scan hidden files and folders. I agree. Keep up the great work!
