Hello together,
first - what a great software! Thanks!
I have one little "thing":
I have some small video files which I cant "compare".
I get always the result "Unable to calculate hash".
History:
My files can be processed when I search for "video excact frames".
My files can not be processed when I search "compare the first 2 minutes".
The logfile tells me not to much:

2 Datei(en) gescannt in 2 Ordner(n) (9,92 MB)
0 Gruppe(n) von Duplikaten
0 Datei(en) haben Duplikate (0 Bytes)
The files are working with VLC Player, Windows Media Player and I can not "see" / I have no idea why these files should be "bad".
Is there any option / try to find out whats the problem? Thank you.

Re: Unable to calculate hash - Video
It looks like you're trying to compare the Audio part of the movie file (mp4). Assuming the files have sound, it's possible that the sound is using an encoding that the program can't read.
It's difficult to tell without looking at the file. If it's a small file, is it possible to send a copy to support?

Re: Unable to calculate hash - Video
Ur right, iam using Video: Audio / Music / similar - compare the first 2 minutes.
And ur right there is no audio part in my mp4.
I have tried Video: Hash - video. That works fine 4 me.
So maybe thats a feature request thats DC regonized it (for a "other compare") or the logging can maybe give more feedback.
THANK U!
