TextCrawlerPro 3 installation not working

I have installed TextCrawlerPro 3.

But it only launches a blank page. That page will not stay up. It does not provide a place to enter the License Code.

I have :

* restarted the computer

* I have uninstalled and reinstalled TextCrawlerPro 3

It is frustrating to waste so much time trying to install and get working a software that you paid for. Then you have go thru so many steps before you submit a ticket for help.

Sorry you had trouble
- Does the program close down after running? Is it still in the taskbar?
- What happens when you run the program from the start menu?
