I have hundreds of thousands of files and the duplicated files are scattered throughout a lot of folders, now I can create a list of files which are expected to have duplicates which could reduce the search time , because the folder could contain hundreds of files but few of them requires checking, moving the required files to one location and scan that location is not an option because in consumes a lot of time, and finding a common filter for all of them is impossible.
The idea is to create a list of files and add them somehow to the scan list instead if selecting folders.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

This can't currently be done on a file level.
The closest is to set the folders you want to find to 'Master', or create a special master folder with the files you want to find.
