suggestion - Ignore Time Differences of exactly 1 or 2 hours.

This is needed to accommodate for things such as DST & when comparing between NTFS & FAT32 file systems.

Separately (though similarly), there should be a separate setting for ignoring time differences of 2 seconds (perhaps even variable up to some point) to accommodate yet more time related differences (differences in time stamp resolution).

I have it now ignoring the milliseconds in the next update - this is a huge improvement - I'll take your suggestions on board though.
