Generate image search results of the same name

Hi, I want to generate image search results of the same name with different extensions like .jpg, .dgn, .... What do I do to create such a search? Thanks

Hi, I´ve a similar case, different image types and file extensions, but the same file name, time and date.
During a periode my camera saved each photo both in raw format (.nef) and JPEG (.jpg). Now I want to find and delete all these "duplicated" files (.jpg), but keep any edited JPEGs (with different time and date and possibly slightly different file name) and the raw files (.nef).
