Duplicate Cleaner Pro 5
Ver. 5.20.1
Tried already 5 times and scan gets stuck (probably at same point).
Software crashes and can not Cancel the operation. Pressing Cancel really does nothing.
I need to Force Close the software via Task manager or restart.
Tried to clean the DB with no change.
Log file gives no important information:

- Video mode: Audio / Music - Similar - compare full file (slower)
- All file extensions
Folders to search:
Z:\ [Find duplicates-Yes]

My thought is it would have to do with a particular file?
Where the particular "similar" algorithm is farting due to <whatever> in said file?
So any idea of what file, or at least directory it may be?
If you changed from 'compare full file' to 'compare first 15 seconds', does the same hang occur?
Similarly, if you ignored "similar" & used 'exact audio data', does the hang occur?
If what I describe is the case, & if you can come up with the particular file...
