How to load on my phone

How can I load this program onto my Samsung Galaxy phone? I can download the MSI file, but it will not do anything. I have tried. I cannot get the MSI file to run. How can I download this and use it on my telephone as I have thousands of photos on there and want to help clean this up? I have it on my computer but I would like to use it on my phone also.

It won't run on any phone - it is for Windows desktop only.
