I want to delete files without extension from each folder group.

It's the same file, but normally there is a file with a jpg extension like this.
And there are files with random numbers without extension.
I want to select only files without extension, how can I do that?

Without going into the "duplicate" part of things, if you want to find files (if you want to find files without extensions), there is nothing better then Everything.

Do a search for:

!ext:, to find files without extensions
!ext: c:\pictures\italy_2020, to find files without extensions in the italy_2020 directory tree

You can probably even to tell it to find files without extensions when there is an existing .jpg in the same directory.
(Pretty sure that can be done, but not sure how, offhand.)

So for finding (& once found, then deleting is a simple matter)...
