DC5 Images sometimes blurry or not shown at all

DC5 Images sometimes blurry or not shown at all. Had this same problem with the beta versions, it has not been fixed.

I have an example jpg but can't seem to attach it or paste it here.

Which view is this? Tiles, preview column or Image Preview window? If thumbnails it may be showing a low-res embedded preview version of the image.
