Recover registration key

I have bought Duplicate Cleaner pro yesterday, but I never recieved a registration key. I can show the evidence that I paid. I tried to recover the key but all of my e-mail adresses are not recognized. There is no way to directly contact them, no phone, no e-mail. Is there a way to communicate with Digitalvulcano one to one on this topic?
