Error in main scanning process... System.Array.Empty

Post by dbpro »

I just upgraded from the free version to the paid version and now it doesn't work. I have received a couple of errors...

The first one was something to do with default settings... "could not load default settings, sorry"

The most important one however is this one "Error in main scanning process: Method not found: '!!0[] System.Array.Empty()'. I have tried a few different searches including basic and image and I get the error, and no results when I expected some results. DuplicateCleaner Pro 4 is not usable at the moment.

I am using Windows 7 Pro 64

A quick response and fix would be appreciated.
Thanks

What version was the free?
What version is the paid?

What versions of .NET do you have installed?

I've now identified the issue as one with older versions of the .NET Framework.
Please re-download and reinstall 4.1.3 - it should be fixed.

This was my configuration, but yes the new download seems to have fixed it.
Thank you.

Win7
new 4.1.3
free 3.2.0.7
Framework 4.5 installed

FYI, I never received notice that my post was approved... It said I was going to be but I wasn't... just thought you should know.
