I'm using Duplicate Cleaner 4 and very much like the tool.
However, I'm currently looking for a tool that can do the exact opposite:
Scan location A and provide me with a list of all files that do not have a duplicate in a location B.
The idea is of course to check if all files in location A have a backup in location B.
The tools I can find, all want to sync folders but in my case the folder structures in location A & B are very different.
Is this something that can be done with Duplicate Cleaner (don't think so). Does anyone know a tool that can?

You can do this using the Unique Files feature.

Very cool!! Thanks. I'm even more impressed with duplicate file finder.
One additional question though.. The goal of finding unique files would clearly not be to delete them. Is there a way to selects all files for copy to a save location?

Yes, you can mark all the files in the Unique tab (right click and select 'Invert marked files') and then use the 'File Removal' window to copy the marked files.
