way to ignore file prefix and/or suffixes

Hi,

Just wondering if there is a way within the file specification to ignore file prefix and/or suffixes?

I'm not necessarily looking for them to have the same content.

EXAMPLES OF DIFFERENT PREFIXES

• 01. some_data_file.txt
  09 - some_data_file.txt

Extending this further, these 2 folders would be identified as "Duplicate Folders" because of the ignored PREFIX:

• 01. some_data_file_1.txt
  02. some_data_file_2.txt
  03. some_data_file_3.txt
  
  and
  
  01 - some_data_file_1.txt
  02_some_data_file_2.txt
  03 -- some_data_file_3.txt

Not currently - "Similar files" may help, though it might include other unintended names in the group.
