DC Free and Pro don t work

Ducplicate cleaner won"t work on my computer. Version FREE, or PRO (to trial), Portable, same error message.
Print view under.
Machine Windows xp

Do you have the Microsoft .NET Framework (version 2 or 3.5) installed? Duplicate Cleaner won't work without it.
