REF: Image Preview Should Remember Window Sizing & Location

If you resize & or move Image Preview (other then Maximized, F11), it should remember those sizing, location.

OK, useful idea. It does remember if you click the 'close' button, but not when using the X to close the window. It also doesn't remember between sessions.
Will add this in (Will also add [Esc] to close keyboard shortcut as well)
