Erase file with lowest bitrate

Hiya guys,
Can someone help me out I have sorted all my duplicate mp3 files out.
I have 300. I want to automate the delete of the file with the lowest bit rate.
When I click on Mark files with lowest bit rate nothing happens.
what's up is the software broken ? Is there a known problem ?

If nothing is marked then the files in each duplicate group probably have the same bitrate. It won't pick any if this is the case.
