I just purchased the Pro version and immediately ran into a major problem. See the attached screenshot that shows the directory structure of our LAN. Duplicate Cleaner Pro shows the subfolders in the Data folder for both machines as exactly the same, when in fact, they are very different. The Desktop-01 machine is correct (that's where DCP is running). Laptop-01 appears as a duplicate structure, but that's completely wrong, Laptop-01 has many more subfolders with different names. Since DCP does not shows the actual content on Laptop-01, we can't search for dupes.

Thanks, I'll check this out. Looks like the structure is being cached somehow.
For now you can set your input paths by finding them using Windows Explorer and dragging the paths you want to search from directly into the 'Search Paths' table.

Could it also be related to the fact that both top-level directories are named "Data"? That shouldn't matter because the two Data directories are on different machines, but just wanted to call that to your attention. Please let me know if you find a fix. Thanks!
