thanks ... i have tried several times to reinstall as well as scanning folders of smaller sizes. overall, i am not really satisfied with this "paid" version. for some reason, the "free" version did not run into these issues. how can i proceed to get a refund of my purchase ? i have already emailed the reseller in the US to ask for a refund.
