Problems with Fastspring to pay for 1 license

Hi, This is the first time in many years that I have a problem to pay for software.

See annexed file. Since 27th December I try to send money and I cannot proceed.

1. VAT number cannot be filled in and taxes are calcullated.
2. To do a payment from only 22.95€ I'm obligated to put creditcard information.
There is allways (enough) credit on our account and it seems that Fastspring cannot read!
The answers (see annexed file) has no sence.

I asked to receive an e-mail address to proceed with the payment and even don't receive an answer on this subject.

Hi,
You should be able to select the 'PayPal' option and use that at the start of checkout. The VAT ID is entered *after* the paypal password is entered, and the vat is then removed.

Thanks for your response.
I tried it again and I was not able to proceed first.
To buy your product and regarding the price without taxes (22.95€) I sended 25€ on my PayPal account past week.
Regarding your answer this morning I tried to send 5€ more on my account and yes now I could proceed and PayPAl didn't asked me to put creditcard information.

So the problem is that a company cannot fill in VAT erlier and PayPAl is considering that the amount incl. VAT need to be on the PayPal account!

I will evaluate DCPro and will send my report to our Direction Staff.
