I like your app quite cool.
I did notice that i would like an option like Select by Location but with the fact only duplicates inside the selected path are marked, like your current option but inverted as to the path candidates may be marked from.
This scenario came about for me when I had a large folder of stuff from another of my pc and I wanted to ensure it didnt have any files I allready had in local paths on this pc.

Perhaps you (too) might be helped by an additional option on the Mark Assistent's main form: Select by Path, highest or lowest.
If you search in only two paths anyway, selecting all duplicate files except the ones in the highest or lowest Path, would result in selecting just those files in the "other" path, i.e. the Location you intend.
This same option would also help me in preventing to at least have to still manually select those last files in each group when I select any but the newest file(s) and the last files all have the same Modified Date.
