bug?: loading from CSV

Awesome. DCb2 definitely fixes the issue, the list loads as quickly as one would expect without the refresh, and even running a refresh command after the list has loaded takes ALOT less time. The only tweak I would suggest to the refresh command is to have it count hardlinks if that option is check in the options menu. At the moment, I don't believe there is any way to enumerate hardlinks if you import from CSV. Pretty soon DC will be perfect
