For my purposes, the master path selection is very handy but many times I have files copied in more than two locations (e.g. /a, /b, /c and /d) and I also need to keep the files under multiple paths (/a and /c) and delete the others (/b and /d).
On the next version, it would be great if the master path selection can be made for more than one master path.
