Option Find Files With: resets any time to Same Content when starting DC. Keep the last selected one or create a 'Save as default' button on the right settings panel to keep personal likings.
Show the selected settings at the result panel after Go on the Duplicate Files tab so the user will be remembered what search criteria he used. I think the settings pane should always stay in view.
