Chinese lang.ini for both Traditional & Simplify

Hi I just found you language pack for Chinese is wrong, provide you two lang.ini lang_S-ch.ini is simplify Chinese for China, Singapore, lang_T-ch.ini is traditional Chinese for HK, Taiwan.

How can I upload those files to you, for new version?
