How to search with Batch Editor

Post by patrmich »

Hi,

I would like to search for the following expression (in an html file) :
"38 (abdefgh)|0.00|0.00|"

When I do it in the Standard mode, it works well.

But when I try to do it with the Batch command, the search finds plenty of results : finds every " in the html file.

Is there a way to search such expression with the Batch command ?

Thank you in advance for any reply.

The batch editor runs in regular expression mode by default:- try unticking the 'Regular Expression' option on this batch command if you want it to treat it as a standard search term.
Note you need TextCrawler 2.2 to have this option.
