Replace without confirm

Hi,
I have to perform mass replacement on multiple files. This operation requires more than one hour.
I'd like to perform the replacement without having to confirm it. Because it take more than one hour to find the matches, then asks for confirm, and then again the same time to perform the replacement.
An option to disable this would be very appreciated.
