scanning within archive files

viewtopic.php?p=54#p54

As per the above link, has scanning within archives rar/zip/7z been added?

A quick review of the update history did not reveal such an update.

If it has not been added, could you add it as an option -
1) Quick - scanning the header and defaulting to the CRC of the file, rather than extracting and rehashing. - CRC would need to be readded as a hashing option.
2) Slow - extract and rehash - in memory to speed things up?

Thanks Andrew.

Duplicate Cleaner 3 Pro has archive scanning (Zip files currently). It doesn't use the cached CRC though, as DC doesn't use CRC32 - it's just not a good enough hash for serious use on a large amount of files. (Unlike some other duplicate finders :P)
