Non-duplicate files

Dear Sir,
I just purchased Duplicate Cleaner Pro. I have a large folder Folder1 with 70,002 files (pictures,word,pdf). I create Folder1-copy but when checking properties Folder-copy1 have 70,000 (2 files left), all of them duplicates. I understand that maybe they are hidden files,maybe the backup didn't work perfect, and many other reason in order to explain the missing two files but this is not the issue
Here is my question: it's possible to compare both folders and report the DIFFERENCE
between them (not the duplicates). Thank you, Haim Ricas
