Does the tool support file formats .MOV and .HEIC. Using v4.1.4

In pulling tag information?

Duplicate Cleaner will scan any file format in Regular mode, but it will only be binary (exact copy) or attribute (e.g. same name/date/size) match.
Image Mode doesn't currently support HEIC but will in version 5. MOV files will also be supported in Video Mode in version 5.
