Impossible to pay with Fast Spring!!! I just want to buy it!

My name is Alfredo and I'm from Brazil. I tried the Duplicate Cleaner and I really like the software. When I decided to buy I entered Fast Spring, used my brazillian credit card, then I recieved an error message.
I contacted Fast Spring support and they didn't find a solution.
I tried to buy and pay for this software on Fast Spring in many ways and I was unsuccessful. I tried paying with PayPal, Amazon and directly with my credit card.
I tried asking for help and using the card of my relatives who live outside Brazil, and didn’t work either.
I don’t know why I’m having problems and they don't know either. They wrote me saying that is a PayPal problem, but it is not. I payed in PayPal another transaction with no problem.
Everything is ok with my credit card, I called my bank and checked it out.
I shop internationally frequentely and I have no problem.
I would just like to buy the software, and certainly the problem is not with my credit card, or PayPal, or Amazon. Maybe you are loosing costumer due to this issue.
I really like the software, and I want to BUY it. But maybe I'll have to look for other software alternatives.
Can anybody please help me?!
