Cuda support to use the processing capabilities of the gpu ?

Dear Developers....are there any plans to integrate the GPU into the processing ? It would speed up a lot of comparison tasks like many other programms already support.... thanks alot

This is something we a looking at for version 5. One thing to note though is that most processing time is taken up reading the files.
