[SOLVED] Raw Image Support

Hi, I am trying to do a search against my CR2 raw files. In the Search Criteria -> Image mode -> Advanced search options the "Raw Image Support" check box is greyed out / disabled. Any idea why?

Sorry you are having trouble. There is an issue with the Raw image support on some 64 bit systems.

One fix that may work is to download and install some additional libraries from Microsoft

Please select vcredist_x64.exe when prompted.

Thanks - that has unlocked the Raw Image Support checkbox

I have the same question.

Will this be fixed in the software itself, rather than requiring a separate workaround?

It's mainly an issue with a third party library used in the program, so it won't be fixed in the near future - we'll keep an eye out for a better workaround though.
