Some Image Duplicates Not Being Found

As a new user I ran scans and then checked to see if the program found the dups. I have 2 images which are exact duplicates in ALL respects except for the resolutions - one is 150 dpi and the other is 300 dpi. I scanned the folder with the images in it using the Image Mode with every Search Criteria Option available and the program does not show them as duplicates. I even used Custom and took it down to 10 to no avail. Any suggestions?

Are 'Same resolution' and 'Same aspect ratio' unchecked?
You can paste in your log file if you like so I can check if there any obvious criteria issues.

Same Resolution was unchecked - Same Aspect Ration was not, but the aspect ratio of the 2 images are the same. The following log is for a scan with both unchecked.

Thanks for the log.

You can try unchecking 'Similar file names' - sometimes this can be the issue.

Is the total of 5 files in your folder correct? If not, you may not be scanning subfolders, or you may have a system folder flag on a subfolder or file.

Unchecking "Similar File Names" did the job! The scan now finds the 2 pics.
