Feature request: Ignore exif information: check photo

Hello,

During an export of my photos all exif information was changed. So even though the photos are an EXACT match, the files itself are not. Would be nice if image mode had an:
"exact match but ignore meta-data" (like EXIF, IPCT, XMP etc.)

(Using version 4 I did an : very close match, same filename, same resolution and could remove what I needed to remove, but the above option would have been a much better way)

A 'pixel match' image hash mode is coming in update 4.0.4. This should do what you need!
