DELETE all files "BELOW A CERTAIN SIZE or RES"

Is there any feature,
or a workaround,
Or is in the ToDo joblist
something to:

1) Find all duplicate that differs above certain size (in filtering "resolution differ greather than 20%" or a check "only if not same resolution")
EX: (foto1=foto2=foto3) foto1 3000x2000 foto2 3000x2000 foto3 300x200 => List only foto1 & Foto3
2) Select all duplicate that differs above certain size (in assisted selection "resolution differ greather than 20%" or a check "only if not same resolution" or a check "only if size is smaller than 500KB")
EX: (foto1=foto2=foto3) foto1 3000x2000 foto2 3000x2000 foto3 300x200 => Select or Delete only foto3

This is expecially helpful when you are cleaning a photo reportage with very similar photo, but you want to consider only the reduced size duplicate, saving two consecutive shot af the same resolution that may differ very significant little bit.

Does the selection assistant (in Image mode) help?

Image - Mark smallest width / height
Marks the smallest size (width * height) images in each group.

Image - Mark largest width / height
Marks the largest size (width * height) images in each group.
