Bug Reports and Looking Forward to 4...

I am looking forward to version 4 after seeing the beta post, and I think this is a great program. (I tend to prefer freeware for a number of reasons and wasn't thrilled about the loss of hardlinks from the free version, There aren't many things I trust at this level, and this beats scripting hash calculators, processing hash results, and manually deleting/linking.)
For now, in version 3.2.7, I have created a few support tickets and figured I would post them here so other users can see, confirm, and provide workarounds (or say that something shouldn't be done). I will make them separate topics due to length and to keep the replies relevant. If all of the posts get deleted, I'll assume this was a bad idea.
