Select two adjacent cells using Shift to select. Space then toggles those two cells. Now deselect on of those two using Ctrl+Click. One is highlighted, one is not, both are either checked or not. Can you post a clearer screenshot, even if it need be hosted elsewhere?

Suppose that should be applied to 'Same File Names' too.
Example:
jethro tull - underwraps.mov
jethro tull - underwraps.mp4
Same files, but a name search will not find them because the extensions differ.
