Possibly in a future update. You can semi-integrate it manually by copying the Duplicate Cleaner shortcut into the Windows SendTo folder (shell:sendto). Then you can right click on a folder and use the Send To->Duplicate Cleaner Pro method to start up DC with the selected folder. Note this only work...

Do you mean the context menus in Windows Explorer? DC isn't integrated with those as of yet.

Good idea about the export - I'll put it on the to-do list and we'll take it from there. Maybe adding a new column with the folder group number to the duplicate file export might be enough.
