Re: Bug (slight UI omission) with display results.
There is actually a warning above the folder list. You can see it in the screenshot here next to the 'Refresh folders' button. http://www.duplicatecleaner.com/manual/duplicate_folders_tab__pro_.htm If you select the folder to be removed in Duplicate Cleaner, the other (non-dupe) files are left alone...

Re: Freezes/does nothing when scanning network vol
Similar content mode can be very slow - it's probably not frozen. This is something we are working on improving for the next update.
Have you tried looking for Same Content first? You'll get a quicker result, and then the search can be narrowed once the same content files are dealt with.

Re: Duplicate Cleaner "has stopped working"
This is a new crash to me. However, I've searched and found a possible answer - user profile corruption. Can you try it from a different user profile in Windows 7? This thread has some more information with users experiencing a similar crash for other software, and contains a way of repairing your o...

Re: Trying to use SAS software to write .txc file
Is it finding anything when it runs the batch file? Couple of ideas - Is the batch file saved in Unicode 16 (UCS-2)? It doesn't seem to like UTF-8 or ANSI. <find xml:space="preserve">^A00201</find> -I assume this is meant to be a regular expression? (if not you need the non regex flag).

Re: TextCrawler Pro 3.02 Bug report: Additional Command Line
I've tracked down this bug. It sends the line number as zero to the external program when the search was done in "Process line by line" mode or "Limit to lines" mode. In "Read entire file" with "Process line by line" unchecked the line number is sent correctly...

Re: Network Shares Not Visible
You should be able to see the shares in DC Free. Have you tried pasting the path manually ('Enter folder name manually' button), or browsing to the path using the 'Select folder' button? This last invokes Windows own path browser window.

Re: file removal can't find file
If you right-click on the file and select 'Show in Windows explorer' is it still there? Is the USB drive still active?
